Advocate Program" provides you with extra manpower to get the job
done!
We'll maintain your league
standings for you!!!
Your time is valuable.
And although you want the best for your organization, there's never enough
time to get it "all" done. That's why InGS created its advocate
service which gives you experienced assistance in maintaining your
standings and schedules and assisting your coaches in getting the scores
entered. InGS Advocates are constantly checking for requests from you
and your league administrators. Whether it be to enter a score, change
the schedule, update a sponsors ad or any other function, your InGS advocate will be quick to
assist.
Here are some functions that we'll
do for you:
- Set up your season:
Send us or point us to your division/team structure and in no time, it
will be set up within InGS.
- Place your sponsor logo's and ads:
Just send us an email when you need to add or change a sponsor ad/logo
and we'll make it happen.
- Assist your administrators and coaches:
InGS will help you get your coaches and administrators registered with
their respective teams and functions. We'll send them instructions
and guidance on how to use InGS.
- Create your schedules*:
Give us your raw information (teams, # of games, fields, etc.) and we'll
create a schedule for you and place in online (initially
hidden so only administrators can see it)
- Enter your schedules online:
Just send us you schedules via email of fax and we'll enter them online
for you!
- Enter your game scores and highlights:
As games are played, your coaches or scorekeepers email or fax the scores
to InGS and we get them entered.
- Assure that scores are entered:
We'll remind your coaches to submit overdue game scores with friendly
emails. All they need to do is to reply to the email with the scores
and we'll do the rest.
Your Options are Flexible!
The InGS Advocate service is
a great way to get your league up and running quickly and smoothly. At
the same time, you should quickly see that using the InGS features (entering
scores, maintaining news, updating schedules, maintaining ads, etc.) is an
easy task. Many or your administrators and coaches will quickly and
gladly begin using these functions while the InGS advocates take care of the
rest!
