Green Bombers   Today's (6/9) game was the season finale for the Bombers and Rockets. Both teams played great, and each player should be proud of their many accomplishments this year. The Bombers were led today by the fine hitting of Jason Cohen, Abby Hallock, Josh Gornbein, and Steve Sheehy. Of special note was the big hit of the game by Jordan Kullman. He blasted a pitch into left field that rivaled the deep shot down the line by Andy Valente in the previous game. Very impressive! Congratulations to all the players for another great season of baseball.

Green Bombers   Today's (6/2) hot weather brought out some hot Bombers' bats. Leading the way was Andy Valente, who hit a towering flyball over the heads of the Rockets' defense, down the left field line. Andy wound up on second base with a double, as the large crowd cheered him on. Andy, you da man! Connor Cox led the Bombers' defense with his hot glove, making one great play after another. Other players having a good all around game were Mara Holleger, Danielle Sodergren, and David Murray. Congratulations to both teams for a well played game, despite the heat and humidity.

Green Bombers   Another great game of hitting and fielding today (5/26), by both teams. The first two batters of the game, David Murray and Connor Cox, got the Bombers off to a good start with the first of their three basehits for the day. Josh Gorbein finished up the first inning scoring with a grandslam homerun. Josh had three basehits of his own for the day. Of special note, Andrew Wayand and Jordan Kullman were responsible for two of the hardest hit balls of the entire seaon. Andrew blasted a flyball down the third base line in one of his at bats, and Jordan ripped a pitch up the middle for one of his hits. Opposing fielders, BEWARE! For the Bombers' defense, Reiley Bellinger, David Murray, and Connor Cox continued the fine fielding they've shown all season. Congratulations to the players on both teams. You all played great! Green Bombers   Batters on both teams were in mid-season form today (5/12). For the Bombers, Jordan Kullman, Andy Valente, and Andrew Wayand each had their typically great hitting game, with 3 hits apiece. Danielle Sodergren showed some awesome hitting power of her own. In her first at bat, Danielle blasted a flyball over the head of the Rockets' defense, for the first of her 3 hits. And last, but not least, Reiley Bellinger had 3 homeruns, to go along with his great infield defense. Good job, Bombers and Rockets!

Mad Hatters   A beautiful day for baseball saw Noah get a couple of big hits for the Mad Hatters. With some very nice swings, Noah reached base every time! Brandan also did some nice hitting and, by showing some exceptional speed running the basepaths, was able to score several runs! Way to go Mad Hatters - nice game!!
