We threw six pitchers and everyone did a nice job. Jacob Dubay hit a triple and our fielding was solid. Great game North Colonie 2 on a beautiful day. |

We discovered three new pitchers as Myles Ramsey, Derek Moore, and Ray Hay had their first attempts at pitching. Great job boys! The Bulldog bats came through with a total of nineteen hits. We would like to thank North Colonie 2 for a great day of baseball. Good job guys, we look forward to hosting you at SGF. |

Spring entered their very young team into competition with a huge heart and great attitued. There were alot of errors and alot of learning. Some excellent plays were made defensively. Kenny Kippen, pitching threw an unforced man out at home although every parent in the place was yelling to throw to first. What do they know?
Seve Yamin put on a hard tag and the man was out. Branden Sheremeta debuted as a pitcher and had an excellent showing. Matt Pietro made several great plays at first and 6 year old David Judge as well as 7 year old Zack Kippen each stole 3 bases and scored after walking as did Tiana Montanez. The team learned alot and had alot of fun. The umpires tolerated it all and actually seemed to enjoy the whole thing. Thanks to the North Colonie (Watervliet) team for the great fun! See you on the diamond next week and LOOK OUT! |

Excellent start to the Fall Ball season. It was a prefect day for baseball and the boys had a lot of fun.
The first RBI of the season goes to Jaboc Dubay, scoring Devin Hazewski on a double down the third baseline.
All three pitchers did an excellent job in their debuts. Matt Higgins and Ryan Hay an outstanding play at short stop. And Jacob Dubay had a caught stealing at third.
Thank you North Colonie 1 for a great game!
