The Post took it to extra innings before falling to Russell's Reds 4-3. Lock down defensive star of the game was Thomas Spinella with a running stab in right . Ben Gagnon and Gavin Heffernan also starred with multiple nice plays in the field. Offensively the Post was led by Andrew Thorpe with 2 walks, Brian Wissing with 2 hits, and Aiden F. and Ben G. with clutch hits. Pitchers Aiden F., Kevin H., Ben G. and Gavin H. were in the strike zone all night. Second season starts on Saturday, let's get hot!

	Russell's Reds (Deyoe)(N)		WOW what a game! The Red's continue to impress with awesome offense and some stellar defense. The bats continue to be hot with yet another HOMERUN this time by Matt McDowell. This is the third game in a row someone different on this team has hit a homerun. Who's next? Base hits by Patrick Engelbride, Gavin Preller, Matt McDowell and Jason Briscoe. But the big hits of the night came from Chris West with a double in the 7th inning and a deep shot to right field by David Harvey to drive in the winning run. This team continues to impress with the drive that it takes to win. Great job by all on your come from behind win in extra innings. GO REDS !!!

	Andriano's Pizzeria (Rosetti)(		It certainly wasn't a pretty game, but we put up a decent fight considering our two top pitchers were absent or couldn't pitch and one of our starting catchers was out for the season. A win would have guaranteed the championship game, so now we have to focus on the second half. Giovanni "G" Rosetti pitched a great game striking out 8 in four innings and only giving up 2 hits and no earned runs. Xavier "Hit Man" Fitzsimmons had two hits and two RBIs and Michael "OMG" Ortale hit a nice single. Lets get them next time!!!
