Backyard Sheds and Gazebos (Mu   A solid team effort was needed to get the win against a good Keystone Builders team. Positive contributions came from many players at the plate and in the field. Dermot McDonough had a strong all around game, with three well pitched innings to go along with two hits and three innings behind the plate. Eddie Stevens had a key single after a great nine pitch at bat. Luke Roe continued his hot hitting with a hard hit shot up the middle, and Andrew Luntz and Mike Turoski chipped in with rbi singles. In the field, Zach O'Brien made a great sliding catch, and Michael Mullen made a couple of nice plays at short late in the game. Last, but not least, Saiyvin Wesley pitched three scoreless innings and hit a three run "touch 'em all" shot to center to break open a close game.

Friedman's Flyers (Schremph)   Another back and forth barn-burner between Friedman's Flyers and Masterseal that ended up in a 12-12 tie due to time constraints after 6 innnings. Many stars of the game for Friedman's including Will Gross who had a single and scored 3 times including the all important 12th run that tied the game in the top of the 6th inning. Ben Brock had 2 RBI double and scored a run. Michael Ortale had a 2 RBI single and bomb of a double. Joey Schrempf had a 2 RBI double, scored a run, and pitched a solid final 3 innings of the game including a 1-2-3 bottom of the 6th to preserve the tie reminiscent of Mariano Rivera. Defensive play of the game goes to Luke Andres who knocked down a hard smash of a grounder and threw on to 1st base for the final out of the game. Luke also chipped in with a single and scored 2 runs.

McKeough Landscaping (Harder)   The McKeough boys brought their bats today against a good Gregory's team with multi-hit games from Drew, Ryan, Jason, Jeff and Hunter (3). In the absence of Mickey and Joe, Jason Briscoe carried the load with 4 RBI's. Adam Bizsick had his best day with a sweet RBI single while Sam had a hit and two runs. Nick and Matt are ready to make some noise with their bats. The catch of the day goes to Ryan on a sharp line drive to short. Jeff Hammond pitched his best to date while Kevin and Drew got the save. Great job guys we are this close to 4-4.

Gregory's Barbershop (Brazis)   Good effort on a cool night . Nice pitching by Parker, Seward, and Turner. Big hits by Wise and Anguish.
