Saratoga   Great pitching by Spring (Yamin & Ward) and Saratoga(Murphy,Place, Smith & Hagen)to keep the game very close. It could have gone either way. Nick Smith hit a two run homer (his second this fall). Eric Beer added a double and Phil Verone had 2 singles. Sean Ward's Spring club looks very sound going into the playoffs. It's always a pleasure to play at Spring - well maintained fields and a very enjoyable announcer. The kids love it.

Spring   Michael Yamin RBI Double 3IP, 2ER, 3K Christian Ward 3IP, 6K, 2H, 0ER Great game by both teams. Nice pitching and defense today against a very good Saratoga team.
