Well it was a great season boys. Coach Patrick, Coach Breakell and I are so proud of you all. For all the 12 year olds, what a great way to end your Cal Ripken recreation baseball careers. Good luck next season in Babe Ruth on the big field. For all you 11's, you had some great experience this season. Bring it with you next season and show your team mates how its done. To Rosewood Builders, you guys played great! Thanks for an exciting game and congratulations to you all for making it to the championship game, you are truly all champions too. Finally thanks to the NCYBA Board. You all make this possible for all the kids in the league. Thanks for your time and support.

It was an exciting game today as the boys played with great passion in battling a very good F&G team. We had some opportunities throughout the game to plate a few more runs but F&G prevented them with some stellar defense. I really enjoyed the boys this season and feel we had a very good year. Congratulations to F&G on the W and best of luck in the final. |

Nice comeback win tonight for Rosewood against a tough Graney & King team on a wet rainy night.
Clutch hitting by Jack Bowers,Ryan Rhatigan , Emory Blanchet and Frankie Congiusta. Solid pitching by Ryan, Dominic Martuscello ans Nick Guzi who only allowed 3 hits .

Most complete game of year played by G&K. Logam Souza got is started with a lead off HR (also had single and triple) and we had six hits and 7 runs in first inning. Scats and John G went 3-3.
Austin Rumph and Armando Ricci pitched great (had 2 hits apiece) and got plenty of defensive help from Mike Manzari, Evan Austin and Jacob Smith.
Hats off to Coach Isdell and Gomez who were the best team throughout a great 11 win season. Just shows anything can happen in the playoffs. |
