Patrick Naughter kept Chemenergy in the game, yielding just 3 earned runs over 6 innings, but the offense was not able to convert scoring opportunities into runs, leaving the bases loaded in the 2nd, and runners in scoring position in the 1st, 3rd, and 5th.
Naughter had 2 hits, including a double, and Nick Fratianni drove a run-scoring double into the right-center gap, and Shane Allen singled. Shawn Berman reached on his 11th hit-by-pitch in the 3rd and later scored.
On the defensive end, Berman turned 4 ground balls to third base into outs, and Gregory John made a run-saving catch in the 5th.
With this game the team finished a 12-6-1 season, including 4 come-back wins.

Kenan Worden went the distance, giving up 5 hits and a base on balls, and striking out 12. The offense sputtered some in the early-going, leaving the bases loaded in the 2nd and 3rd innings, but patience at the plate was rewarded and some timely hits plated runs in the 4th and 6th. Nick Fratianni had 2 hits, one a double, and 3 RBI. Shane Allen had two singles and scored twice. Gregory John, Ryan Hoin, and Kenan Worden all added base hits, and Shawn Berman scored twice.
