Russell's Reds

Jake Smith and Kevin Weber combined pitched the Reds to victory today. Chris Caswell blasted a two run home run, Kevin Weber had 3 hits. The Reds played error free defense to beat the tough Price Greenleaf squad.

	Price Greenleaf		The Leaf played their last game of the season against the always tough Reds. In a close game, the Leaf came up short despite mounting an attack during the later innings. Matt "The Cat" Morris had a three bag blast in the bottom of the 6th to drive in Matt "Mr. COmedy" MAstrianni to pull the Leaf within 2. Brian "The Gun" Malsan threw a runner trying to steal out at second and Ryan "Ringo" Starr made two great defensive plays at 3rd and left. Kristian "King Kong" Singh had two hits and struck out the side in the 6th, and Lucky Luciano Rosetti had two hits while striking out 5 in three innings. Colin "Mr. Speedy" Lange and Tom "Stan the Man" Stanton both got on base and Happy Jack Flanagan got an early double and scored a run.
