Well, the score was a bit lopsided, but we still had a fun game and played well. Our batting highlights included Morgan's triple and Kristen's single (Kristen was a call-up player). In the field, Kristen threw a cut-off to Chelsea who then threw a bullet to the plate where Kaila tagged out Christina. This was excellent defense on a fantastic hit! Other nice plays in the field included a 4-3 grounder (Devin to Julia); a 5-3 grounder (Morgan to Chelsea; and a pop-up chased down by Julia at SS. Thanks also to Michelle W for playing her first call-up game in the 12's! Best of luck to Hogan's Landscaping in the finals.

Christina too bad they tagged you out at home plate, but it was a homerun to me, great hit. Sarah nice play at 3rd base. Katie nice hit to CF. Kailey great double hit. Kelly excellent catches x2 in left field. Lilia nice hit down third base line and a hit to the outfield. Courtney nice job at bat a way to go and hit some runs in. Jessica great throw from CF to 3rd base, Julia and Katie my cheering squad great way to keep up the team spirit, and great job getting on the bases. (RIP,RIP!!) Lets get psyched up for tomorrows last two games. Lets have fun, play hard and try to win the Championship Game, against another good team!!

Great game everyone. Jessica nice homerun. Emily nice double, and catch at SS. Christina great job catching, and barrel roll slide into home plate. Lilia what a game for you, great hits and base running. Courtney nice hit to CF and a double. Katie what a pickle, and great way to stay safe at 3rd base. Kailey what speed on the bases, and catch. Megan great pitching, even the umpire jumped back out of the way on your fast balls. Sarah nice running on the bases, and slide. A big thanks to Jillian for playing up at such short notice. Great hit and catch in CF.

Tough game tonight. We hit very well and scored a lot of runs, but Belanger scored more. Morgan had 4 hits (4 for 4!); Chelsea had a double; Katie, Julia and Kelsey each had 2 singles. Fielding highlights included Delia cathing a pop-up and fielding a grounder at 2nd; and Morgan teamed up with Katie for a nice 6-3 groundout. We'll give it another try on Friday. Best of luck to Belanger in the final. And a Happy Birthday to Coach Ray!

Fabulous game played by both sets of girls. Tight until the very end. Jacklyn pitched her heart out as she always does and many bats were hitting the ball offensively. We had a fantastic season and Alison and I really enjoyed the team of girls!! Have a great summer and hope to see you all next season.
