Russell’s Reds (Brazis)		Swifty’s (Schrempf)
		Swifty's got and early lead and held off the hard-charging Russell's Reds, 9-5 in the early Saturday morning affair. Swifty's swung the bats well with Joey Schrempf slamming his first homer of the year (and ever) over the left-center field fence, Matt Wise hitting his second homer of the season with a rocket flying out in left field, and Ian Dickinson knocking in 3 runs with a bases-loaded triple. Derek Martelle also singled and scored with some aggressive base running and Drew Ksanznak knocked in a run with a hard hit ground ball that was snared for an out. Drew also had the defensive play of the game ranging deep in the hole at second to get the lead runner at 2nd base, and end a threat in the fourth inning. On the mound, Austin Fox pitched well into the 5th inning with 8 K's, and Zack Zonca came on for the save highlighted by striking out the side in the 6th inning. Joe Brazis-Eberle pitched extremely well for Russell's Reds and Will "the Thrill" Alderisio caught a nice game behind the dish. Thanks to Coach Brazis for a fun game.
