It was a thriller at field 3 for our 4:00 game. Oh, did I say 4:00 - my book coach thought the game was at 6:00 so we had to call up our favorite 10 year old player Ethan Duda who leads us off with one of our 3 web gems of the game. A running catch in right field robbing Freihofers of a sure double. M. Rinaldi snagging a frozen rope hit at second and Brandon making an unassisted double play to end the game. We again rode the arms of our 2 eleven year old pitchers , Joseph and Brandon who have been solid all year. Thomas pitched 3 solid innings to close out the game. Freihofers, an impressive young hitting team, had us on the ropes early taking a 4-1 lead. We battled back and in the 7th inning Matt P hits his first career grand slam over the center field fence.
