Weather held out thanks to all who got the field ready - both teams appreciated it. Nice game guys we reduced our errors to 2 after a shakey start ! some notables: Nick Buff single and triple, Jonah Booker 3 singles, Jack Potter single, Stever Bernard double, some base on balls players showing disipline at the plate and good running of the bases - very alert guys! LETS GO NW MUTUAL TEAM! We did a very good job but must improve and have more EARNED RUNS.		Another 24-hours and another baseball game played. This time after a heavy rain shower suspended the previous game. Thanks to the coaches and dads who helped ready the field for play. The CROs pitched another good six innings (Barnes, McLoughlin, Durante) delivering 7K's. The defense showed a little less life than a day ago, but still managed a well played ball to center (Aquario), two at short (Aquario, Methe') and a put-out at third by the catcher (CS 2-5, Barnes-McLoughlin). The offense was cool recording six hits: one double (Barnes) and five singles (Barnes, Methe', Ricci, Oberting-2). Thanks to the Nor'westers and the Commissioner for a good game of baseball.
