Wow what a game today by both teams!! The engineers came out swinging scoring 6 runs in the first 3 innings taking an early lead but the Bella Boys did not quit and battled back with 3 runs in the 6th to tie it up and send the game into extra innings. Big hits in the 7th to score 5 and the boys came out with a big win!! Big props to Coach Murray and the Engineers you guys had us!! Good luck for the rest of the year!! Highlights= Offense was great led by Ben Pesnel 3 hits and 7rbis, Nick " the quick" Hinkell 3 hits, Derek Becker 2 hits, Andrew Inglee 2 hits, Edwin" Eazy E" Shields triple(kid runs like a deer)and big Dev Driezicki 2 hits 1 which started us going in the 7th great job boys. Pitching was led by Edwin Shields and A huge save for us today was Andrew Inglee coming in with bases loaded 0 outs and getting 3 big outs for us not giving up a run, Great job AI. Also would like to mention how impressed I was with Connor Leach who went yard and Jack Murray who hit everything today on the screws, great job boys!!!
