The Brothers sufferred another tough loss, despite only giving up 4 hits. Brian "Hit Man" Harder had a double to drive in our only run and Zach "Nacho" Islam got his first hit of the season. Colin Baker pitched great in relief striking out 5 in three innings and only giving up 1 extra base hit, and Aidan "Guns" Lynch nailed down another runner trying to steal second.		DeYoe's Advanced Therapy team beat the rain and a tough Rosetti team Saturday morning to go to 5-1 on the season. Advanced Therapy put up 5 runs with production from Ryan Zigrosser, who stroked a single and got 2 RBI's. Jonathan Scotto hit two singles, one of which turned into an inside the park score due to great heads up hustle and base running by Scotto. Credit Scotto with 2 RBI's. Christian Pappas legged out an infield single in the 4th and Shane Brownell nearly beat out a single in the 3rd. Eric DeYoe, Brenden Carroll and Alex MacDonald all showed keen eyes at the plate and earned walks. Cooper Martell hit a single and a homerun to left for the final run of the day. Not much defense was needed due to a 14 strikeout performance by Martell. Props to Jonathan Scotto and Gavin Heffernan for excellent catching. Unassisted plays at first by Brownell in the 1st and two by Wilson in the 3rd, along with the final out of the game, 5-3, Wilson to Brownell were all that was required to secure the victory. Eric DeYoe came in to relieve in a one pitch performance that ensured the win. Great game. Next Game: Thursday, May 19th at 6pm vs. Rooney's Swifty's squad at Magee. See you there!
