A short handed Friedman's Flyers squad battled, but came up short against a hard hitting McKeough team. Friedman's was bolstered by three callups from Farm . . . Will Partridge, Will Vagianelis, and Derek Martelle . . . who all played exceptionally well. Friedman's had some tough luck in that they could not get the big hit, but constantly put the pressure on McKeough who played a strong all around game. Special kudos goes to Will Gross and Luke Andres for pitching well in some hot weather. Ben Brock also made his debut behind the dish and did a fine job, and Connor Latorre was on base all four times up. The Webgems go to Will Partridge for turning an unassisted double play to end the damage in the first inning, and Derek Martelle for a fine catch on a high pop into short left field.
