A hard fought battle went to Backyard Sheds and Gazebos, 10-5. Ben Gagnon led the way offensively for Friedman's Flyers with two hits including a double and a run scored. Ben Brock also chipped in with a clutch 2 RBI single in a belated comeback effort. Joey Schrempf pitched 3 strong innings in relief.		In a Sunday makeup game, the Backyard Boys got on track with a 10-5 win. A total team effort was needed to get by a good Friedman's Flyers team. Andrew Luntz started on the mound, and pitched well into the 5th, before giving way to Dermot McDonough, who tossed an inning plus of solid relief to close it out. The Backyard bats started to come alive, with rbi hits from Mullen, Wesley and Turoski. Joe Fierro had a single and a run scored. In the field, Jimmy Gallagher made a nice play at 2B and Saiyvin Wesley snagged a humpback liner at short to start a game ending double play. Nice win!
