Pine Bush 1 took on Pine Bush 2 in what turned out to be a night full of offense under the lights. PB 1 got going in the top of the first scoring 7. Horan got us going with a double followed by Rhoades with a single.PB 2 responded by putting up 4 runs in the bottom of the first.Innings 2 and 3 were fairly quiet, Horan, Witkop, Patterson and Rhoades continued the hitting taking in two more runs giving PB 1 a 9-4 lead going into the bottom of the 4th.Then PB 2 responded scoring 6 runs and taking the lead 10-9. Then Phelps, Horan, Rathwell, Crisafulli, Hennessy, Rhoades and Cardona returned the favor by getting hard base hits and knocking in the runs to put PB 1 on top to stay with a 15-13 win. Highlight: Horan went 3 for 3 with a 1b 2b 3b and an intersting walk to say the least! Thanks for a GREAT game PB 2 it was a lot of fun.
