Cillis Builders played a solid game against arguably the best team in the league. We definitely gave Somers and Somers a "run for their money" in the first three innings. Offensively, Gregory Racela got things going in the third by singling in an RBI, while Josh Bennett went 3-for-3 with 2 RBI. Griffin King finished off the scoring with a 2-RBOI single in the fifth inning. Defensively, the highlights belonged to the combination of Gregory Racela and Aidan Booker. Aidan and Gregory turned a 6-4 fielder's choice at second for the second out in the first inning, and Gregory took a ground ball in the hole and tagged the runner going into second base for the third out of the inning. Congrats to Somers and Somers on a great game. Clearly they're one of the teams to beat in the playoffs!
