a brutal day for this game temp 90+ humidity thru the roof..12 pm start was a blessing.. Mound debuts by Josh lewis & Jacob carpenter...nice job by both... the hot weather melted our gloves ... a bad 3rd inning put the game out of reach... hitting Z 2 singles Mikey single Danny L single Rico B single Dan facci double of note Mr Met-Jason Cotugno got drilled by a fastball in the back...he dropped his bat and jogged to first like a man- no tears.. as the regular season ends(boy did it go fast) the play offs get started and will go by even quicker than the regular season.... I salute all my fellow coaches for the time put in to make the season fun for the boys...coaching is a lot of work that sometimes goes unnoticed... Mrs.C & Iceman Willie must go! thanks Darleen...
