A second game in a row where Team McVeigh's bats didn't wake up until it was almost too late. Hits by Egan, Cox, Lemieur and D.Gates provided just enough runs to hold on to a 4-3 victory. T.Gates did a nice job in his first outing of the year to close the game for McVeigh. Field trips and school concerts affected both squads in an evenly played game. The well-coached Mr. K is a dangerous team I would not look forward to facing come playoff time. Playoff Scheduler please take note...thank you.
