Clean 2 O Carwash		Metro Ford
A great game to start the season! The team battled right to the end. Highlights include great defensive plays by Eric Casey and Luke Hamel. Shane, Jordan, and CJ all kept us in the game with solid pitching. Ironman award goes to CJ for taking a line drive off the arm and staying in to finish the game. Just a nice baseball game. Hats off to Metro Ford and Coach Medici. With some experience with live game batting and all our pitchers back for Tuesday night, watch out!		Congratulations to the Metro Ford players working hard in practice and getting themselves ready for what turned out to be an extremely competitive game by both sides. Some of the highlights certainly include Jake Messina inside the park home run (go ahead run), excellent pitching from Nate Popiel, Jake Messina and Michael Blaauboer! Hats off to Clean 2 O for being griddy which comes from their manager Tom Nicholson. Great sportsmanship and I was happy to see Clean 2 O players smiling at the end during handshakes because they competed and played hard. To Metro Ford lumbarjacks: Some notables: Nick Tousignant single, Nate Popile double, Tom Silvenski single and Nick Dennis single. Mike Blaauboer single and Alex Jones performed very well behind the plate. Great job boys!!!
