Our boys jumped out to a big lead only to see Spring fight back and tie the game in the bottom of the 4th, 11-11. Several strong defensive plays on both sides resulted in two scoreless innings and an extra inning game. Back to back singles by Matt Appleton and Michael Van Huessen to lead of the 7th resulted in two runs and a 13-11 victory. Evan Desso drove in three runs with a pair of timely singles and Aiden Byrne chipped in with a two RBI double. Congratulations to both sides for an exciting game.
