It was a very well played and great pitched game by both teams today. Latham Int'l is a very good team, the players are enjoying it and you can tell, great job Coach Perrotta. Thomas Kovas was the story of the day and maybe the season!!. A no hitter!! He faced 17 batters. 14 K's / 2 BB / 1 HP. Outstanding. The best outing I've ever seen by a 10yo, He's worked really in the off-season and it shows, way to go Thomas. Also a great job catching all 6 innings by a pitcher turned catcher, Nick Tartaglia. We only had 9 players today, so everbody picked up the slack and came ready to play. Great job men.		Brogan Barker, Jordan Comolli, and Matt Morano did a great job on the mound tonight, but Thomas Kovacs threw a tremendous NO-HITTER against us to seal the win for TNT. Great job Thomas. Defensive play of the game, on an attempted steal of 3rd, Max Perrotta, backing up from left field, took the over throw in short left and running in to the infield tagged the runner in a pickle trying to score. Excellent play. Other than that not much to report. Good luck Coach Treacy on the rest of the year.
