On a day when no one thought we would get a game in, the sun shined on the NC ball fields for a great second match between the NC 10's. The first one showcased a late innings comeback by NC 2, but we pulled it out in dramatic fashion in our last at bat. Today we had to make a come back, then hold off an aggressive NC 10-2 squad for 2 innings to get to the 7th inning, where our top of the order erupted for a 4 big runs, and set up the stage for our ace to close it out. Both teams played with a lot of emotion, heart and determination. Fantastic effort to both teams.
