    Your League's advertising slots are displayed on most InGoodStandings web pages.  Each time a fan clicks to load another one of your standings web pages, another set of ads is displayed.  These can be text ads or graphics ads.  Text ads are easily created and maintained by you using the InGS ad-maintenance panels.  Graphic ads can be downloaded and then applied to your standings pages in the same panels.

Your sponsors will realize a tremendous increase in visibility as more and more fans come to your online standings.  It's so easy for you to manage these ads that you and your sponsors can send a variety of messages during the course of a season.

Text ads can also be used by your league to send messages to your fans.  Post meeting and special events right there with the standings and schedules that all are coming to see.

You'll soon find that these ads can become the most visible and profitable means that your organization has of showcasing sponsor information and advertising.

How you use your ad slots depends entirely on your needs and desires.    You may choose to find only one or two sponsors for the entire league.  The value of this offering to your sponsor increases because their message(s) can appear on all of your standings pages.  You might also choose to solicit many sponsors or you can choose not to use ads at all.  Any way works!

Here's some ways you might choose to use your Ad slots:

Sponsor Information
    Use your ad slots to promote your sponsor's information and messages.  You can use one ad slot per sponsor for the entire season, or you may choose to change sponsors on a more frequent basis.  Using only one ad slot, you can rotate weekly sponsors, advertisements and specials in and out.

League Messages 
    Use one (or more) ad slots as a league information board.  Point back to your league's web site...display upcoming events....even sell your own merchandise via these ads.

Community Events 
    The families and fans in your area who come to your standings web site will return again and again to see the current standings.  This makes for an ideal place to advertise community events such as meetings, garage sales, "pancake breakfast", etc.

Steps to Create a New Ad      BACK   TOP   INDEX

    Ads are managed separately for each season.  To create a new ad: 

• Enter the Ad Administration pages for the season: 
  Click the above link or from the administration menu, choose to administer a season, then click on Ad Maintenance.
  
• Fill in Name of new Ad:
  Scroll to the bottom of the page where you should enter a new Ad name.  Then click the "Add" button.
  
• Fill in the Ad Information: 
  Fill in the three sections of the ad and include any Internet address URL's 
  
• Move Ad into Ad-Zone:
  Your new ad will not be seen until you assign it to one or more ad slots in specific ad zones.

Your ads can placed on your standings pages after purchasing online "ad slots".

Your standings pages consist of several levels called "zones" that you can place an ad into.  This allows you the most flexibility for using this function to suit your needs.

Currently Defined Zones:

• Standard Zone
  Text ads placed in this zone are displayed in the left column on most pages throughout the standings pages.
• Team Zone
  Ads placed in this zone are displayed on only one team's team-page.  This zone also optionally displays the ads of the Division and Season zones.
• Division Zone
  Ads placed in this zone are displayed for one specific division and, optionally on all the individual team pages under that division.
• Season Zone
  Ads placed in this zone are displayed on all division pages and optionally on all the individual team pages also.
