About Us and Home Inspection Services
I realize a home or building purchase is a huge investment. It is extremely important that a thorough home inspection is performed to protect your investment. Home Inspectors are not alike even though we are supposed to practice under the same standards. I pride myself on thoroughness and representing customers with integrity. Choosing a home inspector is your decision. My name is Jim Bruno and I have studied architectural design in Hudson Valley Community College. I have been in the construction field for 30 years on every aspect of home building and remodeling. I have started the Tech Valley Home Inspections, LLC inspection business in 2004 when I graduated and became a lifetime certified inspector from the Home Inspection Institute of America. Then in January of 2005, I became licensed when I passed the testing for a New York State licensing. My license number is 16000013841. I have continued to follow the licensing laws of continuing education for the NYS license.
