Great back and forth game by both teams. The pitching duo of Meghan Gassett and Alissa Folts combined for 13 strikeouts and allowed only 4 hits. Our bats really came alive this game with great hits by Lauren Martuscello, Julia McGaugh and Rachael Choppa. Alyssa Gelina and Kelly Artini both had 2 hits and multiple RBI's. Jessie Kirker's 2 single-handed double plays against us kept the game extremely close.
