		Last nights game was cut short in the middle of the 3rd inning. With only 2 at bats we had several nice hits. Katelyn drove a ball to center field, Meghan hit one to shortstop and reached first base with her speed. Isa crushed a shot to center field for a home run. Catherine Lapham went to the mound tonight for the first time this year and pitched well showing a lot of potential. The first inning tonight was the Brianna Morris show. With her first attempt at taking the hill she struck out 1, had a ground ball hit back to her that she threw to first base for the second out and caught a popup for the third out. In the bottom half of the inning she shinned at the plate hitting a single. Back to the hill in the second inning she pitched another strong inning. Overall the team looked great and appears ready for a deep run in the playoffs.
